This Refund Policy explains how Filteryouthil handles cancellation and refund requests for coaching services and educational products purchased through filteryouthil.ddd.

2. Overview

We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently. This policy works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where ACL rights provide greater protection, those rights prevail over conflicting statements below.

3. One-to-One Coaching Sessions

3.1 Cancellation by client

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled without charge when you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time (Australian Eastern Time). Cancellations within forty-eight hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the slot.

3.2 Cancellation by provider

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

3.3 Multi-session packages

Unused sessions in prepaid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within fourteen days of purchase if no sessions have commenced. After the first session, refunds cover only future unused sessions minus a fifteen percent administrative fee, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

4. Digital Educational Products

Downloadable workbooks, audio guides, and challenge materials are non-tangible goods. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase if:

  • Files were not accessible due to technical failure on our side, and we cannot resolve access within five business days; or
  • The product description materially misrepresented the content, documented in your written request.

Refunds are not available once you have downloaded the full product bundle and confirmed receipt, except where ACL remedies apply for major failures.

5. Group Programs and Workshops

Group programs require minimum enrollment. If we cancel due to low enrollment, you receive a full refund within ten business days. If you withdraw after enrollment opens, refunds follow this schedule:

  • More than fourteen days before start: full refund minus payment processing fees.
  • Seven to fourteen days before start: fifty percent refund.
  • Less than seven days before start: no refund, though you may transfer enrollment to another participant with our written approval.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a remedy if services fail to meet consumer guarantees—for example, if coaching is not provided with due care and skill. Remedies may include refund, partial refund, or additional service at no charge depending on failure severity.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email assist@filteryouthil.world with subject "Refund Request."
  2. Include your full name, order or invoice number, and reason for the request.
  3. Allow up to ten business days for review and response.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of future bookings.

9. Currency and Taxes

Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction. GST amounts are adjusted according to Australian Taxation Office requirements on refunded supplies.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
